Refund
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return postage charges are to be paid by the customer.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location. But if you order over $49, you will get free shipping to your location!

Do you accept returns?
Yes. To start a return please follow these steps:
- Contact us on support@fossoia.com to request a return.
- Make sure to leave your full name + order number in the return mail.
- We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
- Please note that FOSSOIA is not responsible for the shipping costs for returned orders and is not responsible for lost returns (when sent without tracking).
Where is my return?
Once your return package is on the way back to our office the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows DELIVERED. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
